All prices are in USD, including current taxes. In case of any change in VAT by the Government, differences may be added to the prices.
2) Children Policy:
- 00 - 1,99 tax is charged for domestic flights & Ferry Boats. (In Turkey & Greece).
- 02 - 5.99 pay 15% of per person price. (In Turkey).
- 06 - 11.99 pay 75% of per person price. (In Turkey).
- 02 - 11.99 pay 50% of per person price (In Greece).
- 12+ pay as an adult. (In Turkey & Greece).
- Children policy is applied to children who share rooms with their parents (Maximum 1 Child sharing parent's room ).
3) Booking Policy:
We are offering a low down payment of just 25% to secure your spaces on the
tour including hotel rooms, domestic flight tickets, and other travel-related
services. The remaining balance can be paid up to 2 weeks before your arrival
date by credit card or upon arrival at the destination to your tour manager
in cash ( USD or EURO ), therefore, making your booking a risk-free investment.
4) Cancellation Policy:
Cancellation requests should be sent via fax or email to provide the Company
with written confirmation that your reservation should be canceled.
In case you cancel your trip, the following scale of charges will be applied:
From the date of booking until 61 days before your arrival date, 15% of the
the entire tour price will be charged.
Between 60 and 30 days before your arrival date, 25% of the entire tour price
will be charged.
Between 29 and 15 days before your arrival date, 50% of the entire tour price
will be charged.
Between 14 and 7 days before your arrival date, 75% of the entire tour price will be charged.
Between 7 and 1 days before your arrival date, 100% of the entire tour price will be charged.
Additionally, there are cancellation fees on all domestic flights within Turkey or boats in Greece. If you cancel a tour at any time, you will be subject to any fees according to the airline’s cancellation policy.
