The itinerary he sent was detailed and precise. All accommodations, transfers and tours (some private, some small group) were excellent. We stayed in Istanbul for a couple more days and Ozzy arranged hotel, transfers, and an additional tour to customize our trip.

There was a wonderful view outside. The Bosphorus bridge was shining like a diamond. The Bosphorus air felt incredibly nice. It was a very peaceful environment. I definitely recommend it.
